Common use of Buildings Insurance Clause in Contracts

Buildings Insurance. 15.2 The Servicer shall not knowingly take any action or omit to take any action which would result in the avoidance or termination of or would reduce the amount payable on any claim under any applicable buildings insurance (opstalverzekering) or any similar insurance policies taken out, inter alia, for the Transferor's benefit, in relation to all or any of the properties on which a Mortgage has been vested to secure any Mortgage Receivable.
