Common use of Bulk Sales Law Clause in Contracts

Bulk Sales Law. Purchaser hereby waives compliance by Seller, in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, with the provisions of any applicable bulk sales law; provided that, Seller shall indemnify Purchaser for any Losses arising from such non-compliance under Article XI.

Bulk Sales Law.
