Bulky Instruments. Bulky instruments shall be transported and insured against loss or damage by the Company and, unless agreed to otherwise in contract with the individual musician, must be delivered by the musician to the place designated by the Company for pick-up within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of the tour. The Collateral Custodian shall hold any Instrument delivered to it evidencing any Loan Asset granted to the Collateral Agent hereunder as custodial agent for the Collateral Agent in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
