Common use of Bullion Custodian and Custodian’s Fees Clause in Contracts

Bullion Custodian and Custodian’s Fees. As compensation for custodial services rendered to the Trust with respect to the Bullion and other Trust Property, the Bullion Custodian and the Custodian shall be entitled to receive such fees as the Manager may approve from time to time pursuant to a separate written agreement with each of the Bullion Custodian and the Custodian. If the Trustee also acts as the Custodian of the Trust Property other than the Bullion then the fees of the Custodian shall be set forth in the Fee Agreement between the Manager and the Trustee.
