Burden of Proof for Warranty Claims. In any circumstance, the burden of proof for any warranty claim made by the Customer shall rest upon the Customer. The warranty claim will only be accepted if the Customer provides sufficient documentary evidence to fully demonstrate that the only cause of the fault or non-conformity in the Modules is a breach of the Limited Product Warranty and/or the Limited Peak Power Warranty.
