Common use of Burdensome Documents Clause in Contracts

Burdensome Documents. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.8 hereto, none of the Borrowers is a party to or bound by, nor are any of the properties or assets owned by any of the Borrowers used in the conduct of their respective businesses affected by, any agreement, ordinance, resolution, decree, bond, note, indenture, order or judgment, including, without limitation, any of the foregoing relating to any Environmental Liability, that materially and adversely affects their respective businesses, assets or conditions, financial or otherwise.
