Burdensome Documents. Except as set forth on Exhibit H hereto, neither the Borrower nor any of the other Loan Parties is a party to or bound by, nor are any of the properties or assets owned by the Borrower or any other Loan Party used in the conduct of their respective businesses affected by, any agreement, ordinance, resolution, decree, bond, note, indenture, order or judgment, including, without limitation, any of the foregoing relating to any Environmental Matter, that materially and adversely effects their respective businesses, assets or conditions, financial or otherwise.
