Buried Utility Lines. All public utility, cable television and radio wires, pipes, mains, tiles, conduits, cables, lines, service lines, and other appurtenances constructed, laid or installed in the Condominium must be buried beneath the ground, except the necessary pedestals and transformers required to serve the underground facilities in the Condominium.
