Common use of Bus Inspection Merit Pay Clause in Contracts

Bus Inspection Merit Pay. The Employer agrees to adopt a merit pay program which provides compensation in addition to the employee’s regular hourly rate of pay for those who demonstrate superior performance on annual bus inspections. Such merit pay shall be processed within thirty (30) days following the completion of the annual inspection for all district buses; however, buses not presented for inspection that would not change the outcome of the merit pay, bonuses will be processed based on the buses inspected by the state. The additional compensation rates for each school year shall be as follows:
