There is no non-competition or other similar agreement, commitment, judgment, injunction, order to create to which the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company is a party or subject to that has or could reasonably be expected to have the effect of prohibiting or impairing the conduct of the business by the Company in any material respect. The Company has not entered into any agreement under which it is restricted in any material respect from selling, licensing or otherwise distributing any of its technology or products, or providing services to, customers or potential customers or any class of customers, in any geographic area, during any period of time or any segment of the market or line of business.
