Business Activity. (a) The Borrower will not, nor will it permit any of its Significant Subsidiaries to, alter the character of its business in any material respect from that conducted as of the Effective Date. (b) After the Closing Date, such Credit Party will not, nor will it permit any of its Significant Subsidiaries to, alter the character of its business in any material respect from that conducted as of the Closing Date.
