Common use of Business and Activity of the Manager Clause in Contracts

Business and Activity of the Manager. The Business and Activity of the Manager shall comprise, as set out in further detail in this Agreement: (a) as its primary business, the operation of the Member Vessels under this Agreement including, without limitation, the employment of all the Agreement Vessels entrusted to its commercial and operational management and the performance of all Charterparties; and (b) the undertaking and conducting of all ancillary activities which the Manager shall from time to time deem necessary or desirable in connection with the employment of the Agreement Vessels.
