Business and Professional Licenses. The Contractor will obtain and maintain at all times during the term of this Contract all applicable business and professional licenses necessary to provide the contracted services.
Business and Professional Licenses. The successful respondent, and any sub- contractor(s), shall obtain necessary city and state business licenses on or before the commencement of work. Any successful respondent, and any sub- contractor(s), shall possess any necessary professional certifications and/or license(s) relative to the work to be performed required by the appropriate licensing authority for the State of Alaska and shall provide evidence of such to the City with their proposal or prior to contract award in such form as the City shall require.
Business and Professional Licenses. Contractor and its employees shall maintain all business and professional licenses required to perform the services. Contractor shall provide Nordstrom with a copy of any business and/or professional license(s) upon request. If Contractor is located outside of Washington, Contractor agrees to register with the Washington State Department of Revenue, if required.
