Common use of Business at Special Meeting Clause in Contracts

Business at Special Meeting. The business transacted at any special meeting of the Members shall be limited to such business that is within the scope of the permitted decisions specified in Section 6.6 hereof and that is stated in the notice thereof, and no unrelated business shall be conducted at such special meeting beyond the general scope identified in the notice unless all Members, whether such Member is present or not, agree in writing to consider and vote upon addition unrelated business.
