Business Authorisations. Each Authorisation required by each Group Company in connection with its business has been obtained or effected and each Group Company is in full compliance with the same, save where failure to obtain or effect such Authorisation or non-compliance with such Authorisation is not reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.
