Business Auto Liability Insurance (BAL. The Contractor shall maintain a Business Automobile Policy on all vehicles used in the performance of work under this Contract, including vehicles hired by the Contractor or owned by the Contractor’s employees, volunteers or others, with the following minimum limits: $1,000,000 per accident combined single limit. The Contractor’s carrier shall provide HCA with a waiver of subrogation or name HCA as an Additional Insured.
