Business Case Preparation. 16.6.1 The Supplier shall produce Outline Business Cases in accordance with Schedule 11 (New Projects Schedule) and the provisions of Schedule 11 shall apply to the development and implementation of all New Projects. 16.6.2 Where the Outline Business Case is approved by the Customer, the Customer may commission the Supplier to produce a more detailed, Full Business Case in relation to the New Project, taking into account all matters set out in Schedule 11 (New Projects Schedule).
