Business; Compliance. 4.6.1 The provider must comply with applicable laws regarding conducting business in the State of Missouri and certify by signing this agreement that it is presently, and will remain, in compliance with such laws. 4.6.2 The provider shall have and maintain current and in good standing, all licenses and/or certifications which are required by local, state or federal law, rule or regulation for the duration of the agreement. 4.6.3 If required by state law, the provider shall be registered and in good standing with the State’s Secretary of State and shall submit their State Certificate of Good Standing to the Department upon request. 4.6.4 The provider must timely file and pay all Missouri sales, withholding, corporate and any other required Missouri tax returns and taxes, including interest and additions to tax.
