Common use of Business Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Business Conflicts. Unless authorized in writing by the Commission, it is unlawful for an officer or employee of the Grantee, or for any company, corporation, or firm in which an officer or employee of the Grantee has a financial interest, to bid on, enter into, or be personally interested in the purchase or the furnishing of any materials, services or supplies to be used in the work of this agreement or in the performance of any other work for which the Grantee is responsible.
