Common use of Business Corporations Act Clause in Contracts

Business Corporations Act. To the extent required pursuant to Section 45 of the Business Corporations Act (Alberta), each of the Guarantors hereby consents to the entering into of the transactions contemplated in the Indenture and this Guarantee (including the giving of guarantees and the granting of security) by each of the other Credit Parties.
