Common use of Business Customer Clause in Contracts

Business Customer. refers to anyone other than a Consumer who maintains an Eligible Account at FSB with respect to which the Digital Services is requested primarily for business purposes. For purposes of this Agreement, a municipal customer of FSB is considered a Business Customer.
