Business Data. The original documents representing all current and historical information, files, correspondence, records, marketing data and plans related to the Business, including, without limitation, all client financial information and all client reports in both hard and electronic form, all books and records, pending proposals and any lists of historical, current and potential customers, personnel and supplies of the Business (collectively, the "Business Data").
Business Data. All information, documents and records (such as customer files, pricing data and supplier data) used by Seller in connection with the Business or used in connection with any of the Assets (collectively, the "Business Data");

The data and information in respect of Lucid’s and the Lucid Subsidiaries’ consolidated assets, liabilities, business and operations provided by Lucid or its advisors to FSD or its advisors was and is accurate and correct in all material respects as at the respective dates thereof and, in respect of any information provided or requested, Xxxxx did not knowingly omit any material data or information necessary to make any data or information provided not misleading as at the respective dates thereof;
Business Data. (A) The Sellers hereby grant the Purchaser a limited non-exclusive license to copy, use, display and modify the Business Data transferred to Purchaser pursuant to this provision solely for Purchaser’s internal business purposes. For clarity and the avoidance of any doubt, the foregoing license shall permit: (i) the Purchaser to allow third party service providers under a duty of confidentiality to use the Business Data solely for the benefit of the Purchaser; and (ii) the Purchaser to transfer the Business Data under the same restrictions to a buyer of all or substantially all of the Financial Services Kiosks. The Sellers retain all rights not expressly granted herein. All Business Data is provided “As Is” with no representations or warranties from the Sellers. From and after the date hereof until the Closing, the Purchaser shall obtain written consent of the Sellers prior to the Purchaser or any of its representatives contacting any vendor or customer of the Business or any customer or vendor of any other business conducted by the Sellers; provided, that the Purchaser may contact NXX Xxxxxxxxxxx and Wxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. without the prior written consent of the Sellers.

Business Data. Any other information, records or data maintained in electronic form or otherwise as Buyer may deem reasonably necessary to the Business, which relate exclusively to the Business.
Business Data. Buyer hereby represents that the data and other information set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto and made a part hereof, accurately reflects the business of the Units to be covered by the terms of this Agreement as such business is currently being operated. Marriott and Buyer agree that in the event that the six (6) month review discloses a variance from the data and information set forth on Exhibit C, the Agreed Markup Per Case will be adjusted accordingly.
Business Data. Client will be responsible for the accuracy, quality and legality of the Business Data, and the means by which Business Data was acquired. Client will not upload, transmit or process any Business Data in violation of the Agreement. If Moody’s becomes aware of any such conduct, Moody’s has the right, but not the obligation, to require Client to remove such Business Data, or to suspend or disable Client’s access to the Products. Moody’s will use commercially reasonable efforts to inform Client (which may be by email) prior to such disabling or suspension, unless Moody’s determines that an immediate disabling or suspension is required. To the extent that Moody’s processes personal data on behalf of Client to provide the Products or Services, Moody’s and Client agree that the terms of the Data Processing Schedule available at [INSERT LINK] are incorporated herein.
Business Data. Company and Mercury expressly agree that the business data generated and/or maintained under this Agreement shall be and remain the sole property of the Company.
Business Data. Seller Service Providers shall have the right to move any data and processing, if necessary, within functionally equivalent equipment owned or leased by Seller Service Providers so long as such movement does not adversely impact the performance of the Services.
