Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.1 Subject to the provisions of this Section 8, in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law, Verizon grants to Ymax a non-exclusive license to use Verizon OSS Information.

The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG.

The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a CBB Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any CBB Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CBB.
Verizon OSS Information. 8.5.1 Subject to the provisions of this Section 8 and Applicable Law, Verizon grants to Z-Tel a non-exclusive license to use Verizon OSS Information.

The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a GNAPs Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, GNAPs through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any GNAPs Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 below) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, GNAPs.
