Business Day Defined. The term “Business Day” shall mean Monday through Friday of a calendar week, except for Federal banking holidays.
Business Day Defined. For the purpose of this Agreement, “business day” shall be defined as a day on which the Fairview Heights city hall is open for regular business to the public, Monday through Friday, from the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays as defined in Article 12, Holiday, of this Agreement.
