BUSINESS ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE. 21.1 Contractor shall comply with and shall ensure that the other members of Contractor Group and their respective personnel comply with law, regulations, policies, and guidelines set forth by relevant authorities as well as policies and guidelines set forth by Company, as any of these are amended from time to time. Contractor confirms, by entering into the Contract and commencing performance thereunder, that it has access to Company’s policies and guidelines including inter alia Code of Ethics, Sustainability Policy, Inside Information and Compliance Declaration Form available at Company`s webpage.
