Business Facilities; Sales of Game Cartridges. LICENSEE agrees to develop, maintain and utilize during the Term: (a) suitable office facilities within the Territory, adequately staffed to enable LICENSEE to fulfill all responsibilities under this Agreement; (b) necessary warehouse, distribution, marketing, sales, collection and credit operations to facilitate proper handling of the Licensed Product; and, (c) customer service and game counseling support, including telephone service, to adequately support the Licensed Product.
