BUSINESS HOURS AND ACCESS. A. The normal business hours of the Building shall be determined by Landlord; but, will be from approximately 8:30am to 9:00pm, Monday through Sunday, with the exception of holidays, which shall be determined by Landlord. B. Should Tenant request access to the building outside of Landlord’s business hours, Landlord may permit Tenant to use the Leased Premises during Landlord’s nonbusiness hours. However, Tenant agrees that their use will be limited to the hours between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm. C. If Tenant is permitted use of the leased premise outside of Landlord’s business hours, Landlord will assign two keys and an alarm code to Tenant to allow access to the building. No duplication of keys will be permitted. If additional keys are needed, Landlord may provide additional keys for a $20 nonrefundable per key fee. If a key is lost and there is a need to rekey the building, that cost will be passed on to Tenant. D. Landlord shall ensure that the Building and its Common Areas are locked and secured at times when the Building is closed for Landlord’s business. Tenant shall be responsible for locking and securing the Leased Premises. Additionally, Tenant shall be responsible for locking and securing the common area when Tenant is accessing the leased premise outside of Landlord’s business hours.
