Common use of Business Hours Clause in Contracts

Business Hours. The term "Business Hours" shall mean the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, and 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M., Saturdays (federal and state holidays excepted).
