Common use of Business in Indonesia Clause in Contracts

Business in Indonesia. (a) It is not necessary under the laws and constitution of Indonesia in order to enable the Finance Parties to enforce their rights hereunder or for the execution, delivery and performance of any of the Finance Documents that the Finance Parties should be licensed, qualified or otherwise entitled to carry on business in Indonesia. (b) The Finance Parties are not deemed to be domiciled or carrying on business in Indonesia by reason only of the execution, performance or enforcement of any of the Finance Documents.
