Common use of Business Names and Addresses Clause in Contracts

The Borrowers have not conducted business under any name other than its current names or tradenames or "Karrington" and has not conducted its business in any jurisdiction other than those listed on EXHIBIT D. The Borrowers intend to operate the Facilities under the names set forth on EXHIBIT D. The Borrowers shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent of any change in the name of any Facility.
