Common use of Business Names and Addresses Clause in Contracts

Business Names and Addresses. Except as set forth in Schedule attached hereto and made a part hereof, in the five (5) years preceding the date hereof, neither the Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries (other than PAC) has changed its name, identity or corporate structure, has conducted business under any name other than its current name, and has conducted its business in any jurisdiction other than those disclosed on the Collateral Disclosure List.
