Common use of Business of Borrower and Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Business of Borrower and Subsidiaries. Engage, or permit any of its Subsidiaries to engage, at any time, in any business or business activity to the extent doing so would cause the predominant business of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries (taken as a whole) at any time to be a business that is not a business conducted by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries on the date hereof or business activities reasonably related or incidental thereto.
