Common use of Business of Borrower and Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Business of Borrower and Subsidiaries. The Borrower will not, and will not cause or permit any of the Subsidiaries to, engage at any time in any business or business activity other than the business conducted on the Closing Date by it and business activities reasonably incidental thereto. Without limitation of the foregoing, the Borrower will not permit SPV to have any assets or liabilities or conduct any business other than as specifically contemplated by the Forward Commitment Agreement.
