Business of Borrower. Without limiting any restrictions on the Borrower otherwise set forth in this Article VII, Borrower will not (a) engage in any business activities or have any assets or liabilities other than its ownership of the Equity Interests of its Subsidiaries together with activities, and assets and liabilities, in each case incidental thereto, including, in each case, its liabilities pursuant to the Loan Documents, or (b) incur any Liens or incur any Indebtedness except as permitted under the Loan Documents (other than Indebtedness under Section 7.02(e)).
