Common use of Business of LLC Clause in Contracts

Business of LLC. The LLC shall be authorized to engage in any lawful act or activity for which a limited liability company may be organized under the Act. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the purpose of the LLC shall be limited to the scope of the Production Share Terms attached hereto as Exhibit B ("Production Share Terms") and such other activities as may be reasonably necessary or advisable, as determined by a majority of the authorized number of Managers, to accomplish the foregoing purposes, and the parties hereto agree to be bound by such terms.

Business of LLC. The LLC shall be authorized to engage in any lawful act or activity for which a limited liability company may be organized under the Act. Notwithstanding the foregoingInitially, the purpose of the LLC shall be limited to design, source, market, distribute and sell apparel under the scope Xxxxxxx Xxxx® brand pursuant to a license from the owner of the Production Share Terms attached hereto as Exhibit B ("Production Share Terms") and such other activities as may be reasonably necessary or advisable, as determined by a majority of the authorized number of Managers, to accomplish the foregoing purposes, and the parties hereto agree to be bound by such termstrademark.

Business of LLC. The LLC shall be authorized to engage in any lawful act or activity for which a limited liability company may be organized under the Act. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the purpose of the LLC shall be limited to designing, merchandising, contracting for the scope of the Production Share Terms attached hereto as Exhibit B ("Production Share Terms") manufacture of, manufacturing directly and selling apparel and apparel accessories to Tommy, Levi and Express, and such other activities as may be reasonably xxxxxnably necessary or advisable, as determined by a majority of the authorized number of Managers, to accomplish the foregoing purposes, and the parties hereto agree to be bound by such terms.
