Common use of Business of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Business of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries. The Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, engage at any time in any material respect in any business or business activity substantially different from any business or business activity conducted by the Borrower and/or any Restricted Subsidiary as of the Fourth Amendment Closing Date, provided that any businesses, services or activities that are related, complementary, incidental, ancillary or similar to any of the foregoing or are reasonable extensions or developments thereof shall not be deemed to be substantially different.
