Common use of Business of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Business of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries. The Borrower will not, nor will it permit any Restricted Subsidiary to, engage at any time in any business or business activity other than (i) any business or business activity conducted by any of them on the Effective Date and any business or business activities incidental or related thereto, (ii) any business or business activity that is reasonably similar thereto or a reasonable extension, development or expansion thereof or ancillary thereto or (iii) any business or business activity that the senior management of the Borrower deems beneficial for the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary.
