Common use of Business of the Company Clause in Contracts

Business of the Company. The Company may engage in any lawful business activity; and this Agreement shall be construed in light of such purpose. The Company has the power to do any and all acts necessary, appropriate, proper, advisable, incidental or convenient to or in furtherance of the purpose of the Company as set forth in this Section 3 and has, without limitation, any and all powers that may be exercised on behalf of the Company by the Governors pursuant to Section 6 hereof.
