BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY; PERSONAL INVESTMENTS; CONFIDENTIALITY; COVENANT NOT TO COMPETE. Executive acknowledges that, in connection with the formation of the Company and his employment hereunder, he has received, and during the course of his employment hereunder and performance of services on behalf of the Related Parties he will continue to receive information relating to various Business Opportunities (as such term is defined below), economic and trade secrets and relationships of the Related Parties. Therefore, in consideration of this Agreement, Executive hereby agrees as provided below in this Section 6.
