BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY; PERSONAL INVESTMENTS; CONFIDENTIALITY; COVENANT NOT TO COMPETE. Employee acknowledges that in the course of his employment hereunder and performance of services on behalf of the Related Parties he will become privy to various business opportunities, economic and trade secrets and relationships of the Related Parties. Therefore, in consideration of this Agreement and the consummation of the Proposed Transaction, Employee hereby agrees as provided below in this Section 6.
