Business Opportunities; Non-Competition. Except as provided in this Agreement and as may be otherwise provided in any written agreement with the Company to which a Member or its Affiliates is a party (including Section 12.07 of the Exhibitor Services Agreements), each Member and their Affiliates may have other business interests or may engage in other business ventures of any nature or description whatsoever regardless of whether they compete with the business and purpose of the Company set forth in Section 2.6.
