Common use of Business or Financial Experience Clause in Contracts

Business or Financial Experience. By reason of Purchaser's -------------------------------- business or financial experience or the business or financial experience of Purchaser's professional advisors who are unaffiliated with and who are not compensated, directly or indirectly, by the Company or any affiliate or selling agent of the Company, Purchaser has the capacity to protect its own interests in connection with its investment in the Shares.
