(a) The business purpose of the Partnership shall be to administer the Contract and to engage in all transactions necessary or incidental to the foregoing and to do all things necessary or appropriate to accomplish any of the foregoing, upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the provisions of the Act.
