You represent that You have returned to the Company any and all property belonging to the Company, including but not limited to business records and documents relating to any activity of the Company or its Affiliates, files, records, documents, plans, drawings, specifications, equipment, software, pictures, and videotapes, whether prepared by You or not and whether in written or electronic form.
