Common use of BUSINESS REFERRERS Clause in Contracts

BUSINESS REFERRERS. (BRS) 5.1. If your Account was introduced to CM Trading by a Business Referrer (BR) you acknowledge and agree that: 5.1.1. you authorized the Business Referrer to introduce you to CM Trading and CM Trading assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the terms of any agreement between you and the BR or the lack thereof; 5.1.2. a portion of the charges or Commission paid by you to us may be given to the BR which may increase the overall cost of services to you and that you can contact the Business Referrer or CM Trading for further information in this respect; 5.1.3. any advice given to you regarding your Account or your Transactions by a BR is not given by or on behalf of CM Trading and CM Trading assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any such advice; and 5.1.4. A BR is an independent intermediary and does not act as an agent of CM Trading or otherwise act on behalf of CM Trading.
