Business Scope. According to this Agreement, Party B shall provide credit lines to Party A. Complying with other relevant single agreements, Party A may apply to Party B for circulation, adjustment or one-time use for short-term loans, overdraft of corporate account, bank acceptance, trade financing, letter of guarantee, capital business and other credit business (collectively referred to as “single credit business”). The trade financing business mentioned in this Agreement includes the opening of domestic and international letter of guarantee, import documentary, delivery guarantee, packaged loans, outward documentary, outward bill discount, buyer’s documentary of domestic letter of credit, seller’s documentary of domestic letter of credit, negotiation of domestic letter of credit and other international and domestic trade financing business. The guarantee business mentioned in this agreement includes various international and domestic guarantee businesses such as issuing guarantee and standby letter of credit.
Business Scope. Within one (1) month after the Series B1 Closing, Jifen shall have submitted an application to the local branch of the SAIC regarding its amendment of business scope to including the activity to engage in providing internet information services (从事互联网信息服务) and the local branch of the SAIC shall have approved such application of Jifen and issued a new business license to Jifen reflecting the expanded business scope.
Business Scope. The business of the JVC shall be production, processing and export of graphite products, including high purity graphite, expandable graphite, graphite sheet or other graphite products as may be determined by the JVC.
Business Scope. The business of the JVC shall be exploration, production and processing of Minerals, including base and precious metals, and industrial minerals in order to extract and process such Minerals or related products.

The business scope of the Company is as follows: assembly and testing services for semiconductors (silicon and compound semiconductor) and integrated circuits (including sub-systems and modules), technology development, technical services, and sales of the products manufactured by the Company, including manufacturing of MEMS and compound semiconductor integrated circuit and advanced assembly and testing of BGA, CSP and MCM etc. (operations and activities subject to any approval according to the Laws may not be carried out unless such approval is issued by the competent authority).
Business Scope. The JVC’s business scope shall be the development and commercialization of JVC Products in the Territory.

The business scope of the Company includes: the general business items: supply chain management services; international freight forwarding; general cargo warehousing services (excluding projects requiring permits for hazardous chemicals); import and export of goods; import and export of technology; technical services, development, consulting, exchange, transfer and promotion; information consulting services (excluding licensed information consulting services); non-vessel operating common carrier services; international ship agency services; domestic ship agency services; ship sales; blockchain technology-related software and services; domestic trade agency services; trade brokerage; investment activities with its own funds; loading, unloading and carrying; transportation packaging services; internet sales (excluding sales of licensed goods); office supplies sales; internet data services; software development; information system integration services; wholesale of computer hardware and peripherals; graphic design; conference and exhibition services; labor services (excluding labor dispatch); marketing planning; data processing services. (Except for the items subject to approval in accordance with laws, the business activities shall be carried out independently with the business license in accordance with the law); the licensed business item: urban distribution transportation services (excluding hazardous goods). (The items requiring approvals in accordance with laws shall be conducted only after the approvals are obtained from the relevant authorities. The specific business items shall be subject to the approval documents or licenses of the relevant authorities.)
Business Scope. The parties agree that the business scope of the Company --------------- shall include the following:
4.1.1 the exclusive right to explore for, mine and extract diamonds throughout Mine 701;
4.1.2 the exclusive right to process and refine diamonds mined or extracted by the Company;
4.1.3 the right to sell or market diamonds and other precious stones and related products on the domestic and international market with a Marketing and Sales Agreement; and
4.1.4 all such complementary activities as may be necessary or desirable for the Company to fully engage in all activities permitted by the Business license or the Mining License.
Business Scope. The business scope of the JV Company shall be application, development and sale of IOT sensor module turnkey solutions and provide relevant services.
