Common use of Business Since the Balance Sheet Date Clause in Contracts

Business Since the Balance Sheet Date. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.15, since the Balance Sheet Date, the business of the Newspaper has been conducted in the ordinary course of business and in substantially the same manner as it was before the Balance Sheet Date. Since the Balance Sheet Date, there has been no change in the business, condition (financial or otherwise), properties or operations of the Newspaper or other event or occurrence which has had or would reasonably be expected to have a material adverse effect on the business, operations, properties or condition (financial or otherwise) of the Newspaper taken as a whole (“Material Adverse Effect”) as of the Closing Date.
