Common use of Business Transactions of a Member with the Company Clause in Contracts

Business Transactions of a Member with the Company. A Member may lend money to, borrow money from, act as surety, guarantor or endorser for, guarantee or assume one or more obligations of, provide collateral for, and transact other business with, the LLC and, subject to applicable law, shall have the same rights and obligations with respect to any such matter as a Person who is not a Member.

A In accordance with Section 18-107 of the Act and subject to the requirements of Section 6.1(e) and Section 6.3 hereof, a Member may lend money to, borrow money from, act as surety, guarantor or endorser for, guarantee or assume one or more specific obligations of, provide collateral for, and transact other business with, the LLC Company and, subject to applicable law, shall have the same rights and obligations with respect to any such matter as a Person who is not a Member.

Business Transactions of a Member with the Company. A Member may lend money to, borrow money from, act as surety, guarantor surety or endorser for, guarantee guaranty or assume one or more specific obligations of, provide collateral for, and or transact any other business with the Company, provided that any such transaction pursuant to any agreement entered into after the date hereof shall be either (i) on terms not less favorable to the Company than those obtainable from third parties or (ii) approved by a majority of Directors not affiliated with, or related to, the LLC and, subject to applicable law, shall have the same rights and obligations with respect to any such matter as a Person who is not a interested Member.

A (a) Except to the extent provided in this Agreement, a Member may lend money to, borrow money from, act as a surety, guarantor or endorser for, guarantee or assume one or more specific obligations of, provide collateral for, and transact other business with, with the LLC Company and, subject to other applicable law, shall have has the same rights and obligations with respect to any such matter as a Person person who is not a Member.
