Common use of Business, Travel and Entertainment Expenses Clause in Contracts

Business, Travel and Entertainment Expenses. The Company shall provide the Executive with a monthly business and entertainment allowance of no less than $1,000. The Company shall promptly reimburse the Executive for all business, travel and entertainment expenses consistent with the Executive's titles including, without limitation, first class transportation or travel.
