The 'Business Users' clause defines who within an organization is authorized to access or use a particular product, service, or software under the agreement. Typically, it specifies that only employees, contractors, or agents acting on behalf of the business entity may utilize the licensed resources, and may exclude personal or non-commercial use. This clause ensures that the benefits and responsibilities of the agreement are limited to legitimate business activities, preventing unauthorized or unintended use by individuals outside the defined business context.
Business Users. If you need to install or use the Software on more than one (1) computer, please contact Penpower or our local distributor to purchase a license for the additional use.

Business Users. By designating a person as a Business User, the Business is authorizing that person to view information about the Business and, if online transactions are permitted through the Services, to carry out online transactions on behalf of the Business (subject to any limits on the Business User's access). The Business accepts the responsibility for all Losses that may arise from any unauthorized use including a Business User misusing his or her authority in any way, either purportedly on the Business' behalf or for personal or other purposes. The Business and individual Business User will ensure that the Business User meets any eligibility or other requirements for online access that are communicated by us as part of the application process.
Business Users. The Software license fee is based on the number of Users (not concurrent) who may access the Software during the applicable license period, solely to utilize applications created by Power Users to enter, validate and manage data.
Business Users. If you have been provided with access to the Product as a SAFECAREatHome customer, vendor, trade partner, sales channel partner, subcontractor, or employee of any such organization (a “Business User”), your use of the Product is also subject to the terms and conditions of this ▇▇▇▇ and the terms of any formal written agreements between You and/or your employer and Licensor. In the event of a conflict between this ▇▇▇▇ and another formal written agreement with your employer relating to the access and use of the Licensed Products, the terms of the other formal written agreement shall have precedence. As a Business User, SAFECAREatHome hereby grants Licensee a limited, non- exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Licensed Product in a manner consistent with the purpose for which SAFECAREatHome has provided you with access to the Product(s).

  • Business Use Coverage is provided if the BUSINESS USE surcharge has been paid as specified on YOUR DECLARATION PAGE. Eligibility is limited to the following: cars, trucks and vans used for route sales, inspections, maintenance, repair, landscaping, carrying tools to a job site and eligible vehicles owned by religious / charitable organizations.

  • Internet Use 7.1. Customer is prohibited from posting or transmitting unlawful material on or via the Internet or the World Wide Web. 7.2. Leaseweb is entitled to actively block ports or IP addresses for the Network, in the event that such is – in Leaseweb’s reasonable view – necessary to preserve or protect the security and performance of the Network or the Internet or the World Wide Web. An overview of the blocked ports or IP addresses may be requested in writing by Customer from Leaseweb. 7.3. Without prejudice to the generality of Clause 7.2 of the Acceptable Use Policy, Leaseweb shall in any event actively block the following ports for its Network: (i) UDP/137 – Netbios; (ii) UDP/139 – Netbios; (iii) TCP/135 till 139 – Netbios;(iv) TCP/445 – Smb; and (v) Protocol UDP port 11211 - Memcache 7.4. If Leaseweb reasonably suspects that Customer is subject to a DoS attack, DDoS attack, DRDoS attack or another attack and (in Leaseweb’s reasonable opinion) such attack negatively affects the Infrastructure, Leaseweb shall be entitled to immediately block access to Customer's Infrastructure. In the event that Customer is subject to repetitive attacks, and Customer does not successfully take measures to prevent that future attacks may negatively affect Leaseweb’s Infrastructure, then Leaseweb shall be entitled to immediately terminate theSales Contract by sending a written notice to Customer.

  • Users There is no limit to the number of users who can access the Software. You can invite any person You wish to access the Software.

  • The Business The parties acknowledge that the Company is engaged in the development, marketing and sale of certain proprietary technologies, processes and related products in the areas of chemical detection, technical processes, and technical/business services, and that the Company may also from time to time become or may intend to become engaged in other business endeavors (individually and collectively, the "BUSINESS"). The Company shall be deemed to intend to become engaged in a business endeavor if it has devoted or expended any significant resources, either financial or human resources, towards the proposed endeavor, either in planning or implementing the undertaking of such planned endeavor.

  • Customer Ownership Customer retains all right, title and interest in and to all Customer Data. Customer is responsible for the acquisition, accuracy and legality of Customer Data. These Terms do not grant PROS any ownership rights to Customer Data.
